We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover Card payments through eBay or PayPal checkout system. We will only ship items out once payment has been received and if payment hasn’t been made after the 4th day after “committing to buy” or winning an auction, an unpaid item case will be opened through eBay.

We personally collect sales tax for purchases made within’ Florida and eBay may collect sales tax for other states depending on your shipping address. Sales tax to be charged will appear during the checkout process of your eBay purchase.

We will ship your item within’ 1 – 2 business days from the moment payment has been received. We ship our items via ground shipping with USPS, FedEx or UPS carrier and can expedite shipments at the buyers request for an additional shipping fee. We may ship our larger items out via freight carrier with a handling time no longer than 3 business days. We request all buyers to please provide a valid telephone number during checkout to provide to our shipping carrier in case there are any issues during delivery or if a delivery appointment needs to be scheduled.

For most our items listed, we will not ship outside the Continental US, nor to any PO or APO boxes. We do accept shipments outside the continental US & PO boxes on some smaller items which will be stated in the eBay listing terms. We are also opted into eBay’s Global Shipping Program who collect an additional shipping charge & freight forward your items to your international address. For all purchases, once your item has shipped, your eBay purchase history will update with your corresponding trace information for your reference.

We use eBay’s easy return process to make your return as simple as possible. If you need to open a return for your purchased item, open your eBay purchase history and press on the “Return This Item” button next to your specific purchase. Please clearly state your reason for return & whether you would prefer a replacement or refund. A prepaid return label will then be provided once the return has been approved.

We offer a 30 day return policy on most items in our store for “Buyers Remorse” returns. Items must be unused & within’ the original packaging or we may apply a 15% – 20% restocking fee. If your item has arrived damaged in shipment or contains a defect, we may ask for images of the damage or want to diagnose any defective product but will always provide a prepaid return label at no charge to you to have your item replacement or refunded in full.
